Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We stand behind the quality of everything we offer. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Weekend Works Group Inc. accepts returns within 30 days of the original delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Returns received outside the 30-day window or items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products

Items that have been assembled, installed, or used

Digital products, downloadable content, or gift cards

Products returned without original packaging or with missing components

3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please reach out to our customer support team at support@weekend-works.com. Include your full name, order number, and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. Returns submitted without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receipt of the returned item.
Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, only the purchase price of the item will be credited. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at support@weekend-works.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of your request.
If the desired replacement item is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method instead. Exchange requests must be submitted within the same 30-day return window and are subject to the same eligibility requirements as standard returns.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@weekend-works.com. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Damaged or defective claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
