("Weekend Works," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation operating at weekend-works.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

Weekend Works reserves the right to limit the quantity of any item available for purchase and to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion. A confirmation email does not constitute a guaranteed acceptance of your order.

All sales are subject to product availability. In the event an ordered item becomes unavailable after payment, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Weekend Works does not store payment card information on its servers.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. Failure to provide valid payment may result in your order being cancelled.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframes stated on the Site. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Weekend Works is not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery or address corrections.

8. Returns and Refunds

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

11. User-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to the Site, you grant Weekend Works a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with our business. You represent that you have the right to grant such a license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEEKEND WORKS GROUP INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE TRANSACTION IN QUESTION.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Weekend Works Group Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Chittenden County, Vermont, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Weekend Works Group Inc.
